Dylan Hardey

This is Dylan Hardey. He lives in Australia! Dylan has 2 chromosome disorders - Jacobsens 'plus' syndrome (a deletion on chromosome 11) and partial trisomy 9p. He is now in his second year of big school and despite the many challenges he has faced he is thriving and a sheer joy to watch.
